A Tale of Four Zip Codes
When we moved to our new offices at 7217 E Shea Blvd, we realized that just like the four corners of Utah, Colorado, New Mexico and Arizona, we were at the four corners of 85254, 86260, 85253 and 85258. Maybe they should commemorate the spot with a manhole in the middle of the intersection of Shea and Scottsdale Road. Of course, it would be a little dangerous to stand there and take pictures like tourists do at the Four Corners National Monument, located at the northeast corner of our state. It’s a little remote at the end of New Mexico Highway 597, but millions of people have visited this site over the years.
Just like these four great western states, our four Zip Codes are each unique, so I thought to describe them here:
- 85254 – the Magic Zip Code.
- 85260 – The Scottsdale Airpark and Costco.
- 85258 – The Ranches; McCormick Ranch, Gainey Ranch, Scottsdale Ranch.
- 85253 – The Town of Paradise Valley.
And so here we are at the crossroads of these four Zip Codes. We hope to serve them well.
Remember when you want a ‘SOLD’ sign… call Those Callaways on Shea.
Over the next four weeks, we shall describe each of these Zip Codes in-depth, including real estate stats, places to go, places to eat, even golf opportunities.
- July 3rd – 85254
- July 10th – 85260
- July 17th – 85258
- July 24th – 85253
