Get off Zillow… or you will never buy a house.

I had a client the other day who wanted to buy a house this month. She was very specific about her criteria. I sent her 10 listings to look at, and then like 6 more. She texted me back, “Too many. I just need 1 or 2.”  

That’s the problem with Zillow. Too many. Same with everything online. We took her to see 3 houses, and everything changed, including her criteria. Looking at houses gave her fresh insight into what was really important. She picked one and we made an offer.
