Where the lots are big and the living is easy. This subdivision has a homeowner association to manage it’s water district which provides irrigation on a monthly schedule. This unique feature has caused some to refer to Sunburst Farms as Arcadia North. The lots are unique as well, laid out 100′ to 140′ wide by over 300′ deep. At the rear of each property are alleys, referred to as bridal paths, giving easy access for anything from horse trailers to RV’s. We once listed an original owner here and she said “We still have the tractor”. When we asked what tractor, she explained that every one got a tractor when they bought. We went out back and there in the small barn was a Ford tractor in pristine condition. You probably won’t get a tractor today, but you will find lush landscaping and great homes. A popular plan here was a four bedroom tri-level, but most have undergone heavy renovation. A few of thee have been replaced with million-dollar new builds. You cannot go wrong in Sunburst Farms.
